Ist Coa\u00adching nur ein Hype?<\/p>\n<p>Alles was erfolg\u00adreich ist, wird kopiert, ver\u00adw\u00e4s\u00adsert und kann zum wert\u00adlo\u00adsen Gim\u00admick ver\u00adkom\u00admen. Kur\u00adze Ant\u00adwort: Hype \u2013 ja, aber nicht nur. Ver\u00adw\u00e4s\u00adsert: ja. Die Gefahr: Der Wert von Coa\u00adching wird nicht mehr wahr\u00adge\u00adnom\u00admen oder es funk\u00adtio\u00adniert nicht, weil Erwar\u00adtun\u00adgen und Ver\u00adant\u00adwor\u00adtung schief h\u00e4n\u00adgen. Gret\u00adchen\u00adfra\u00adge: Wer d\u00fcrf\u00adte wis\u00adsen, wenn Sie selbst ein Coa\u00adching neh\u00admen?<\/p>\n<p>Die nach\u00adste\u00adhen\u00adden Aspek\u00adte k\u00f6n\u00adnen mehr Klar\u00adheit schaf\u00adfen:<\/p>\n<p>Coa\u00adching ist eine Arbeits\u00adwei\u00adse, die bei Ver\u00ad\u00e4n\u00adde\u00adrun\u00adgen beglei\u00adtet. Die\u00adse Ver\u00ad\u00e4n\u00adde\u00adrun\u00adgen voll\u00adzieht der Coa\u00adchee an sich, nicht der Coach am Coa\u00adchee. Die\u00adse kom\u00adple\u00adxen Ver\u00ad\u00e4n\u00adde\u00adrungs\u00adbe\u00addin\u00adgun\u00adgen machen Coa\u00adching n\u00f6tig, sinn\u00advoll und wert\u00adsch\u00f6p\u00adfend.<\/p>\n<p>In guten Trai\u00adnings wird die\u00adse Kom\u00adple\u00adxi\u00adt\u00e4t l\u00e4ngst ber\u00fcck\u00adsich\u00adtigt. F\u00fch\u00adrungs\u00adkr\u00e4f\u00adte wer\u00adden ein\u00adge\u00adbun\u00adden, erg\u00e4n\u00adzen\u00addes Coa\u00adching hilft dort, wo die eige\u00adne Ent\u00adschluss\u00adkraft das Neue noch nicht eta\u00adblie\u00adren kann.
